Design/CAD

Our team of designers, planners and CAD drafters will work closely with you to create a workspace that fits your needs, vision and budget. We also help develop product specifications, select product finishes, and coordinate with contractors and other project stakeholders. Our designers create CAD drawings for use by the entire project team. 

Project Management

Our project managers make sure that everything goes exactly as planned, from the initial design stages and programming stages to the final installation and project completion. Working closely with account representatives, sub-contractors, architects and installation crews, project managers keep information moving, communication channels open and make sure critical milestones are met.

Signage

Signage in the workplace is one of the most important things that provide your customers and clients with a good experience. With the decline of receptionists and individual secretary’s, signage can provide the wayfinding solutions that you need; whether it’s welcome signage, building identifications, office signs, cubicle signs, wayfinding, emergency signage, or anything else your business might need. We can provide ADA compliant signs as well as incorporating your own graphics to tie in your branding. With over 25 years of experience in signage alone Workpointe has multiple resources and the knowledge to back up their promises.

Workpointe Services Group (WSG) is a wholly owned division of Workpointe focused entirely on providing all furniture related service activities to Workpointe and its clients. From project specific delivery and installation work to recurring warehouse and asset management services, WSG’s single focus is on delivering a great experience to Workpointe and its clients.

Delivery

Rather than relying on outside contractors, Workpointe manages all delivery and installation projects in-house. With our extensive product knowledge, unsurpassed customer service and factory trained and certified teams, you can count on your project being delivered on time and installed according to plan. And, in the unlikely event there’s a problem, we’ll fix it. Fast.

Warehousing

Workpointe owns and operates a 60,000 square foot warehouse in Seattle where we can receive, store and inspect your products before they are installed in your space. We also process damage reports and replacement items, de-trash the shipment and provide product refurbishment and cleaning services.

Inventory

For companies dealing with constant changes in their work, we offer inventory management services that include taking a physical inventory of your office furniture and systems. Once the inventory is assessed, we keep and maintain an electronic inventory for you. These reports are invaluable when the time comes to move, remodel or reconfigure your office space – making the changes both cost effective and seamless.

Moving

An office move can be one of the most disruptive and stressful tasks undertaken by a company. We’ll work with you early in the project cycle to ensure that all systems are in place and on time including furniture, electrical, phones, computers and other office equipment. We’ll create a checklist and move timeline that coordinates and organizes all aspects of your move.
