Terms and Conditions
These terms are specific to Contracts entered with Workpointe and subsequent clients
All orders are subject to review and may be cancelled unilaterally by Workpointe for any reason.
Return Policy
We want you to be satisfied and happy with your order. We will do everything we can to support your needs.
Products typically are not available for return however special circumstances may be granted and can be reviewed on a case by case basis. Restocking fees may apply.

However, if your item is damaged or defective, these exceptions do not apply. Please see section ‘Damaged or Defective Items’
Exchanges
Exchanges may be considered upon review, but charges may apply. Please email homeoffice@workpointe.com to discuss your request.
Damaged or Defective Items
We know how frustrating this situation can be. We will work with you to make sure your product is in workable condition as soon as possible.
To get started:
Please email store@workpointe.com and we will begin the process to help you troubleshoot your issue and if needed we will get you replacement part(s) or replacement item(s) (determined by Workpointe) as soon as possible.
Damage or defective claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery or pick up.
Cancellations
You can cancel any order within 24 hours of placing your order. If you missed the window to cancel the order, please email homeoffice@workpointe.com to discuss your situation and we will see what we can do to assist you. Cancellation fees may apply.
Updating Delivery Address on an Order
If you need to update the delivery location of your order, please email homeoffice@workpointe.com. Delivery fees may change due to the change in location but there are no fees for simply making the change.
All deliveries will be coordinated directly with you to schedule and go over any special conditions, request or notes you may need to supply. We do not guarantee accommodation of special requests.
Updating Deliveries in Transit
Once an order is scheduled, a few extra steps are required to make adjustments and we cannot guarantee changes can be made at this time.
Unfortunately, items already in transit cannot be expedited.
Accepted Payment Methods:
Credit/Debit Cards (American Express, MasterCard, Visa, and Discover) are the only payment method to order directly through the site. However, if you are ordering large quantities for your business and would like to issue a purchase order or a wire transfer, please email store@workpointe.com and we can work with you on these requests.
Promo Codes
Enter your promo code during checkout to apply the offer to your order.
Promo codes apply to most of our products but may have some restrictions; these may be based on customer, time frame, type of product, or brand.
Promo codes are subject to change and are not confirmed valid until you have confirmation from Workpointe. Confirmation is not determined by “order received” auto-generated email. Promo codes may be revoked at any time for any reason. Any change in price will always be communicated before any change is made and the customer can choose to cancel their order at that time.
Promo codes may be issued as an employee of an organization. If it is determined that a promo code is used for a non-employee, Workpointe reserves the right to revoke a promo code. Communication will be made, and the customer can choose to accept the new price or to cancel their order at that time.
Discount on your Order
Offer valid on online purchases. To redeem online, promotion code must be entered at checkout. Sales tax does not qualify for discount. This offer is not redeemable for cash or gift cards, nor is it valid toward previous purchases. Offer may not be combined with any other coupons, discounts, offers, or promotions. Void if altered, copied, transferred, auctioned or sold. Offer valid on in-stock items only. No rain checks issued. Offer not valid for prior purchases. Other restrictions may apply.

Delivery
We currently have two methods for you to receive your order.
1.) In-Home Delivery. We will deliver, set-up and build all of your product(s) inside of your home. Within King, Snohomish and Pierce County a $175 flat fee applies.
In-home deliveries will be scheduled with you and provided with a delivery window. Delivery windows are not exact and we will do everything we can to deliver within the scheduled time frame and communicate if we will not be able to deliver within the scheduled time frame.
2.) Will-Call. You are welcome to pick up your order, unassembled in factory boxes from our warehouse located at 9877 40th Avenue South, Seattle WA 98118 for no additional fee.
You must have an appointment scheduled with 24-hour notice. Unfortunately, if you show up at the warehouse unannounced, we will not be able to process and fulfill your order.
3.) If you would like to consider or arrange a different delivery option that was is currently provided on the site, please email homeoffice@workpointe.com we will work with you to find the best solution for you.

If you choose to do a will call you will be responsible for:
Lead Times
Product is to be delivered within 10 business days from receipt of payment. However, stock levels are not guaranteed. Please see section ‘Inventory’. Customer can choose to extend their delivery time frame past 10 business days if they communicate this within 48 hours of order placement. If a customer determines they are not ready for delivery after 48 hours, storage fees may apply.
We will do our best to accommodate expedited requests; rush order fees may apply.
Inventory
We strive to maintain full stock levels to the best of our ability but we cannot guarantee inventory levels. If product is no longer in stock or the lead time will extend past 10 days, we will communicate to you as soon as possible and you will have the option to cancel your order or accept the order at the newly estimated delivery time.
Warranty
Workpointe warrants all products are free from defects in materials and workmanship per the table below.
This warranty does not apply if modifications are made to the product or they were not installed or maintained in accordance with product instructions or warnings. This warranty shall cover labor or delivery charges and does not apply to items subjected to abuse, misuse, neglect, alteration, or damage caused by shipment, storage, accident, fire, flood, or act of God.
This limited warranty is the sole remedy for product defect and no other express or implied warranty is provided, including but not limited to any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Normal use as defined under this warranty is the wear and tear that occurs during a 40 hour week.
Workpointe will repair or replace, at its option, without charge to the original purchaser only, defective products or parts from normal use. Pre-approved labor and service costs are covered under this warranty. Workpointe shall not be liable for consequential or incidental damages arising from any product defect.

Intellectual Property
Workpointe owns and retains all right, title, and interest, including all intellectual property rights, in and to the service and all technologies related thereto, including any and all algorithms or processes developed by Workpointe and all derivatives, modifications, or improvements of or to any of the foregoing made by or for Workpointe, whether or not created or developed in connection with the service.
