As our workspaces became more collaborative and we began to remove the traditional “Dilbert” style cubicle, we found that we lost all of our privacy. Most of the time, this was okay, we became more engaged with our colleagues and more interactive. However, the occasional times when we needed ‘heads down’ work to focus on a spreadsheet or wanted to convey that we could not be interrupted, we found the need for an escape, for privacy.
With the introduction of COVID19, social distancing has also called upon a need for more division and privacy for the safety of our employees and colleagues.
